Alright, I'm now officially sick of talking about my breakup: a bit too fuckin DOOFL. It's good, it's bad, it's good, it's bad, and talking about the latest upturn or downturn makes me feel 16 fuckin years old.
Except to say: we pretty much sorted everything out on Saturday, which makes me very happy.
In other news: went to my first SGAustralia hookup on Saturday night.
Are they all like that? I found it kind of weird, no-one seemed to talk to anyone for ages. I made an effort, cause that's the kind of guy I am, but most folks seemed kind of guarded or something.
Again: weird.
Ultimately I had a good night: talked to
thecookiemonster for ages about martial arts and his kinky japanese rope fetish: educational and entertaining.
Music completely sucked for ages, then I realised it didn't suck anymore, went and had a dance. No other SG-ers went near the dancefloor all night: whatever.
I ended up dancing for ages with these funny speeding boys I met in the toilets. I always seem to make instant temporary-friends with speeding boys in toilets in clubs. What does that say about me?
And also: I always have the best motherfucking time when I have a dance, so WHY DOES IT TAKE ME 3 MOTHERFUCKING MONTHS TO GET ROUND TO IT EVERY TIME?
So, made a pact with W to go out dancin this week: yay!
and FINALLY started doing something about getting some motherfucking gigs in this motherfucking town.
