SERIAL FRIEND REQUESTING!!!!!
So, I just added a bunch of you to my list, many of you because you're local, others just because you seem interesting.
Just to give you a heads up, I'm not (just) another slimy douche trying to pad a friends list with tits, I am sincerely trying to make new contacts, where I just find it boring trying to do so through Facebook or Myspace. The truth is...
I NEED NEW FRIENDS...
...preferably of the female variety. Not just because I am single, but because many of my awesome friends also are, and I am tired of all the kickass parties full of amazing grass and good booze I throw in my super-classy abode being total sausage festivals. On top of that, I am just in need of more local friends, period. I have many, many good friends and connections, but most have moved, or live far away, and I don't have many peeps to hang out with. I'm distracted enough never, ever to get lonely, but shit does get fucking BORING, y'know?! So I'm going to suck it up, be an extrovert, and make me some friends.
THAT SAID... for all you MD/ DC/ VA friends here, there is a BIGASS pre-Halloween party at my lovely home in Mt. Rainier, MD, on the DC/ PG border... October 15th. It will be an experimental music FEST, with my band and five others performing from 6 PM until Midnight. I do heavy industrial noise in the vein of Skinny Puppy, Foetus, Einsturzende, and Swans. I've been hosting shows for bands at my house since '08, and many of the acts that have performed at the house in the past will be there the 15th. It will be a wide range of styles, dubsteb, D n' B, Dark Ambient, Industrial, Blues Rock, and METAL... perfect for ringing in the season of Samhain.
