Back from Chicago. Interesting time. My ex (or soon to be) and I have somehow managed to stay friends. We went to Chicago for her to interview with this company that sends you to Japan for a year to teach English.

I spent the day in the hotel room working (it's nice telecommuting sometimes), then we went out that night. Also spent the next day wandering around downtown before driving back. Some pics in the old gallery section.

i'm still trying to wrap my brain around the whole concept of dry county! eeek seems so....well...silly whatever maybe you need to make a trip to LR. Don't we have an SGArkansas event coming up?

my dog, Rufus (boy) is a 100+ pound anatolian shephard, there is a pic of him in one of my pic folders. he was jumping out of the window because a dog was walking by the house. i have learned my lesson, i can no longer fully open any of the windows at the front of the house. he is lucky i love him so much...

my finger, ring finger right hand, hurt like an SOB!!! i'm finally able to use it without blood everywhere.

are you going to tsunami bomb next week? i haven't lined up a babysitter so i don't know if i can make it.
