Once there was a man who felt out of touch with himself and the universe. He so desparately wanted to try to regain some part of him that he lost, but with all that he had to do just to survive, he would never have the time to devote to it that he would like. He had to build his house, raise his food, make...

How was everyone's Father's Day? I know it is rough on some of us, those of the us who make up dadless variety, for whatever reason, but I truly...

Dude, I think Heather keeps a neutron star or something hidden behind the bar at the DP. The gravity there is just immense. It's practically impossible to reach escape velocity. robot I finally made it out about an hour after you left. You missed an all-Sisters of Mercy set from Scylla!

From News of the Weird:

Russian "astrologist" Marina Bai has filed a lawsuit in the Presnensky district court in Moscow against the U.S. government's NASA, claiming that her business will be ruined if the agency is allowed, as planned, to crash a rocket into the Tempel 1 comet on July 4 to see what can be learned from the experience. Bai said the collision...

Went to Dante's last night to see the Sinferno, but got there in time to see Drumattica. Very, very cool. Highly recommend them.

Also played probably the worst game of pool of my life. I am ashamed. Both for the lack of apparantly skill while trying to play and for how it affected me. I'm not usually comptetive. When I am, it is usually...

Neverwinter Nights is a good game. Mine had some sort of error though at the end of Chapter 2. Maybe it wasn't an error, but the cutscene never started when I got to the gate, so I just gave up on it.

That's a good idea. We need to find a game... Hm...

I really want to thank everyone for the encouragment that came from my last journal entry.

However (there's always a however), I really wasn't feeling all that bad ... was just reflecting on my life gone by. I need to find that narrow line that you can walk where you remember the past without dwelling or reliving. It's coming easier and easier.

As for the...

Oh don't worry ... I'm actually sure the SG version of South Park would be MUNDANE compared to the stuff they come up with on their own.

I saw an episode on Sunday night, don't know if it was the new one but I had never seen it, where the hippies took over and had a big music festival. Cartman hates hippies, so BE CAREFUL! biggrin
suzy_kabloozy:
Yeah ... Mr. Garrison's sex change was a little shocking. The season premiere. I mean really ... if you can shock me, it is shocking! That whole episode ... wanting to get pregnant so he could have an abortion! And poor Mr. Slave! biggrin

The wolves story came from an email. I'm sure I had seen it before as well ... but let's just say that it's timing was good.

Are you really in AR? I thought you were in PDX for some reason. Either way, you're still 1000 miles from me but I try to put together little stories in my head (keeps the voices amused). smile

Ahhh, back home in good ole Conway ... looking forward to going out Saturday with some SG friends ...

As much as I like Portland, I do think it may be a bit before I move ... I have to make sure it's for the right reasons, and not because it's easier for me not to dwell on negative things there. I mean, when I'm...

These are games I have played with Taoshen:

DnD

Rifts
All Flesh Must Be Eaten
Tabletop Vampire (OWoD)
Call of Cthulu (he's an above average game master)
and others that I have forgotten about, I am sure.
