Last night was the downtown art walk with my beloved bijoux. Some of the art was okay, but I think I was too tipsy on cheap Chilean wine to be absolutely enthralled by anything. Getting me drunk at art functions has a reverse effect - I tend to think everything is shite and laugh at the prices.

Ran into an old nemesis and we had a pleasant enough standoff. Hadn't seen him in years, and he regarded me warily. I gave him a series of compliments he'll realize were insults only today. No, I'm not an awful person. If you knew the whole story, you would agree.
