you know i read that and had to run and check the results, i thought you were saying HHH had won. thankfully he didnt. there was no way i was staying up for that match, especially when i knew the outcome. and at first i was thinking yeah, thats gonna suck orton vs hhh, but the more i think about it, it might not be too bad. as far as the current evolution breaking up that is. my only question is who is the heel and who is the face in that match up? i think the wrong thing to do is make Orton the face, cuz the fans wont get behind him, and half the fans will still cheer a heel HHH like they do now. i think you gotta keep Orton as the legend killer and make HHH his next target. keep Flair around as the manager/mentor of the group, keep Batista and add maybe Tyson Tomko and/or Garrison Cade and any other young up and coming heels. who better to teach them than the "Dirtiest Player in the Game". and then with a face HHH you can team him with HBK and have the DX reunion tour, maybe even with Billy Gunn. although thats a longshot i think.

heres what really happens, Orton wins at SummerSlam, HHH is pissed cuz Randy has his belt, Evolution turns on Orton, Orton is now a face, takes on HHH at the next PPV and HHH gets the belt back, Orton gets buried.

I agree. The Yankees are beginning to resemble the bloated excess of Yankee teams of the late 70's / early 80's. Don't they realize that you need some role players, a Paul O'Neil or a Scott Brosius? They are obviously the most talented team in the A.L., but I am counting on them imploding. The Astros are the most talented team in the N.L., and look at them.

Santana is a stud, and now we got Shannon Stewart back. I believe the division is ours. And we got most of the ingredients for a successful playoff run: Two excellent starters, dominant closer, great defense. Hopefully the offense will pick up. If Justin Morneau ever figures out that it is legal to hit to the opposite field, he and Mauer may be what pushes us over the top. Of course, this is all subjective fan babble...

exactly. the Warriors will always suck. i do think Foyle is a very good defense/rebounding backup center, but they get a lot less money. still, watching the Knicks salivate over Dampier is a sign of how desperate they are.
