Went to the Bob Murphy memorial service at St. Patrick's today with my boy Moses. It was something else. Gary Thorne was heartbreaking and sweet.
The skies got darker than I 've nearly ever seen them when we entered the cathedral
but by the time the Marine Corps had presented his widow with the folded flag in thanks foo his service, and by the time 'Taps' had given way to silence, and by the time we the smallest fan and the great man, Ralph Kiner were equal in sorrow for what we'd lost and gratitude for what we've shared, the sky had turned itself inside out and left us all with
