Get swept by the Marlins, stagger to Philly, then sweep the Phils? And do it on TWO Zeile home runs? We live in strange, strange times. But, damn man, this team has cajones.

One week to go and this arbitration is over (at least for a while). Things are odd elsewhere in my life. Why do old lovers pop up just when you've left them behind? Sometimes, you just are at a place where you are more quizical than thrown, though. You can just kinda look at the woman as if you were Deion Sanders and tell her "Don't come for me, you ain't the one." At least I wager she isn't. Nah, got to get back truckin' on in terms of the love thing. I got different venues to explore as far as that goes. I imagine that'll sort itself out in the next few years. No hurry.

At least not till the offseason.
