Where the hell can you get blank video tape nowadays. I went to three different Best Buys, two different Circiut Citys, and two Targets. Nobody has fucking blank video tape. What a bitch. I owe a couple of people a certain HBO tape. And today while I was getting ready for work, I noticed Henry Rollins show Night Visions was playing for a couple hours.
Well Hank is fucking too cool and the show was pretty good. I was going to record it, buuuhhtt no fucking blank video tapes and I don't have Tivo or wtf it's called. So I had to tape over something else. Don't know what, but hey, I got Hanks show and that's all that matters.
Today I realized that I am a LOTR snob. What I mean by this is that I read The Triology and The Hobbit years ago and read them at least four more times since. They're are certain passages I can almost quote word for word from The Trilogoy. Anyway while I was at my retail job today, I overheard a couple nitwits talking about LOTR and basically butchering the plots and sequences, central characters, and it seriously pissed me off.
Hey the movies are great, I loved them, but they will never match up to the books. And even for someone that's a regular reader, those books are a bitch to start up. These punks were bitching about having to sit and watch a movie for a couple hours. Waah. To get to the point, it's really gives me the red ass to hear some dumb ass punks shit on something that you actually worked at that they basically sat on their asses in download mode to find out all about. Pussies.
It was my B-day over the weekend. Mom and Step dad made me and the kidd a big Italian dinner last night to celebrate. Still full.
