Having a bad day! 
Woke up late, had to reschedule three clients in the morning. Ran out of gas at lunch time and had cancel one client and reschedule the rest. My last client of the day, who is also my favorite and best regular tells me she is being transferred to FLA in a month.
I have a deal with all my clients. If they refer 5 sessions to me, they get a free one hour session. This client has had over 20 free sessions and still has four coming to her since last year on top of her two regular weekly sessions. She will be impossible to replace
On top of that it stormed like hell and I left all my windows open at home. Couch soaked, rug soaked, kitchen floor flooded = two hours clean up.
