hmm, i just cant get myself to update during the week, i duno what it is, but its not until Friday that i can sit back and think wow, alot did happen this week. and thats why this is going to be long, *sigh* im sorry if its too long,
well from Sunday to Wednesday i was sick, I had an ulcer in my mouth (above the gum where gum turns into mouth skin) it was pretty gross cus ive never had one like that before, It started to hurt on Friday night, by Sunday night it was quite painful, by wednesday it was really fucking sore swollen and i felt like absolute shit -no matter how much codeine i shovelled into my body.
I had monday off work cus i had a mirgraine, i couldnt be bothered going to normal doctor so just went to the closest one to me, they gave me some tablets to suck, called "fungilin" (why would you call your product that FFS!! ew fungus) it didnt do shit and when i felt much worse on wednesday and went back to my normal doctor i found out that id been sucking on the wonderful Fungilin for nothing because it wouldnt fix it anyway, so he gave me some hardcore antibiotics cus it was infected and it is feeling much better now.. grrr @ doctors that cant do their jobs properly, its so hard to find a good doctor in the city areas i have been given the wrong medication sooo many times.
Anyway because i was in heaps of pain and feeling in general pretty crap, it made for one grumpy and very irritable girl.
which is never very much fun. 
I am now not going on my trip overseas to turkey and the soulclipse, which reallt makes me quite sad since i was mean t to pay the other half of the air ticket by today, i will have to see about getting my $$ back now, i know it hasnt been allocated to any flights so i dont think it will be too much drama to get it back, i hope.
The reason why I am not going, is due to a few factors , and i was thinking if it was right for me to go, because i felt that there was signs telling me not to, and then my Manager said to me I hope you arent planning to take any long periods of leave next year, and well my manager knows that i wanted 4 weeks off, because id tried to put in my form about 2 months ago, and she said it was too soon and to put it in in January, she also knew that my colleauge was planning to have a fair amount of time off as well, so we both kinda looked at each other and went oh well i guess not. So that made up my decision made for me and I think its the right one, Even tho i am sad i will miss the soulclipse, i think its the right choice.
So i am planning to to go BOOM Festival in Portugal in August, because she can ban us from long leave fro the whole year, so i think after June it will be fine.
The only reason it is like that is because of the Federal Industrial Relations changes that are coming up in the senate in the next few weeks, and then the changes will start in January. So we are in Campaign mode, between now and June next year its going to be so busy and hectic, changing all of the awards, we will have so many issues with well, everything i can imagine, And even our own business - the nurses union, it will have to be reregistered as well all unions, to be recognised federally, and that is going to create lots of nightmares, because they have made certain requirements that a union needs to meet, and I dont think we meet all of them, nor do i think alot of other unions, because this part of the legislation was targetted to make it as hard as possible for a union to function. Working australians - working poor and middle class, are going to loose so much from these changes, and it is going to impact us not only financially, but also socially. So i dont mind giving up my enjoyment of going on my holiday, to help secure/preserve the enjoyment of australian workers, in their everday lives
I am going to start a thread over the next few days in the australian group, about the Upcoming Federal IR Changes, and what it means and what the government wants to do because it is important, and its too long to go in my journal, also it should be an open discussion.

Tonight I went to see a musical, my friend was in Guys and Dolls, and it was cool, I have the whole house to myself all weekend, my flatmates have gone away HURRAH!. i am going to clean my house soooo good and its going to be the best thing in the world - but when they get home it wont stay that way very long
oh well 1 night of cleaness, is going to be tops
