Get this shit My hubby went outside to run the lawnmower out of gas so the lines didn't freeze....and he looked over right under the bedroom window....and there was a fucking chameleon laying there like it was dead. So I came out and felt it, it was still soft, I didn't think it was dead. So I took it in the house and put a heat fan on it......and left it.

I came and checked in on it( we will call it Spike, just to make this easier).....so I went and checked on Spike and his color had returned...But there was still no visible breathing....So again I let him be.

Later I checked him again and he was breathing....WOOT!!!

So, we brought Spike in the main house and put him on a heat duct and he started moving and shit......

So here's the bad part, as soon as he started breathing, and thawed out, he started exhaling blood...So we took him to the vet, and now I wait.

So, we took Spike to the vet and there going to find him a good home, I don't have the means to take care of a lizard, as any lizard owners know there habat is very expensive.

Well at least I saved a life, I feel good about that.....I hope Spike goes to a wonderful home.

All the same I wish I could have kept him.
