.. so next year for our birthdays, my friend and I are going to Iceland. We will be going from September 3rd until September 14th.... thats 11 days of chilly weather, amazing scenery, and 18 hours (roughly) of sunlight. It is costing us $2000 a person (give or take a little) for hotel, round trip flights, and most of the spending money....it is more then well worth it.
It will only cost us (with superb, but sadly much needed budgeting skills) 39.00 a week, or 153.80 a month... plus you have to count tax time, where we can put in a little more... to cover the cost.
Now all that is left to do is the fun stuff, plan on things to see while there.
Amazing times will be had.
