thank you again sophie for your advice.
today will be an interesting day at work. i forsee alot of arguements. it gors like this, tuesday , at work, we were under staffed on a night where we unload the semi. there were 7 people when there is usually 10 or more, so everyone needed to step it up a bit. instead it playeed out as so, scott and i ended up putting away ALL of the large product. (a job usuallyn done by 6 or 7 people) 2 other people worked on the small stuff and the others worked very fuckin slow or not at all.
so we have a new boss coming in early next week and she has already heard about this, and our lead man (2nd in command) is coming in tonight to try to fix the problem.
should make for a good time.
a lot of the other warehouse workers look to me for leadership and the ones that dont are the ones who just want to fuck around.
i should have applied for the warehouse supervisor position but i didnt. oh well. tonight i will do my job and watch from the side lines until my opinion is asked for then......
if i had my way we'd be hiring for at least 3 positions by morning.
