so the seller refused to sell me the house because of the low appraisal and the 5,000 worth of damage needed to be fixed before closing. so the realtor took me on tuesday to look at another townhouse and i made a bid....hopefully tomorrow i'll if i get it or not, and hopefully that will be before my 4:50 flight home to florida where i will immediately commence to packing my shit so i can leave bright and early on friday. well time for bed. meanwhile here are a few pics of what i hope is to be my new home.
