Why hello there,
About a month or so ago I was lurking through the city streets in attempt to find a good book to feed my literary hunger pangs. Shop after shop after shop I was left empty handed and restless. Time for a peach ice tea and a cupcake, I thought.
I walked passed a basker as I scoffed down the cupcake in attempt to make myself not feel fat and gave him a few coins. I was walking at a sluggish pace when something caught my eye...No way. You have got to be kidding me. Pressing my nose against the shop window, now breathing heavy and fogging up a good 20cm radius I see what I've been wanting for sooo long. The book I couldn't find at any other book store. The book I couldn't buy online because I didn't have a fucking credit card. The Holy Grail...Suicide Girls - Beauty Redefined.
Looking so sexy and sophisticated I felt humbled by it's sacred presence. Sounds silly, but that's how I felt. I sat down and gingerly opened about half way... My fingers, all dewy, gently stuck to the glossy pages as I literally creamed through every pore of my body. I was THAT excited.
Which leaves me to wonder why I didn't join up for SG ages ago. I love the concept of an alternative beauty, of breaking through social norms and just showing how fucking sexy any little miss can be.
