DAMN, just worked 9 days straight! I'm fuckin' pooped out....

But it's been a while since an update. Not a lot to tell you seeing as I've been working. BUT at least it didn't kill me off. And there have been a few adventures with the fairer sex. Ummmm, can't really sumarize it. But mostly good, let's leave it at that.

just find a different cardio workout, because that's what is making you feel amazing. not the actual running part.

i enjoy biking very much even though i rarely ever get out and do it.

also, swimming. just acting like a retard in a pool can get your heart-rate up. you can do some laps but it isn't completely necessary. and i hate them.

mix it up. or get an ipod or something similar. sing and rock out while you run!

run somewhere new! if i had to run around my neighborhood one more time i would probably have to kill myself. it's a 1-mile circle with 40 some odd houses that i've lived in for FIFTEEN YEARS.

so a new location might do it.
