Is it time for a career change?
Honestly, I've been at the new job for a month now, and it's really tiring me out. This is of course due in part to standard restaurant management hours, 10+ per day. Also the day shift/night shift things is fucking with me (but also giving me more nights free which is cool). But there's also just something basic, that I don't really like. And exactly what that is I can't put my finger on. But for the most part I'm not loving my new job, and this is the 3rd gig I've had going into 3 years here in the Bay Area.
But what else can I do? What do I want to do? What *could* I do? Help! Someone call the career counselor.
Diabetic cat update.....he spent the better part of a day at the vets getting more tests after the first week on the insulin, and they decided to up the dosage. And he really seems to be getting back to his old self. Frisky at times even. Which is cool.

Let's talk about that later, okay? I'm a little frustrated today. You'd think a tall, straight, witty and with-it (well, my Mom thinks so) guy here in the Bay Area (straight, yeah, I'm in the minority) would be much sought after. And sometimes I am. But no.....
