So the search for a new job begins.

The search for a good lawyer starts tomorrow. Employment law, anyone? I'm figuring I'm owed a bit in damages, due to the fact that a job that was offered me turned out to be for people who claimed to be part of something that wasn't entirely true. Offer letter, contracts offered, notice given, I quite my other job and helped to hire my replacement. Three days into the new gig, that was all she wrote. Like I said in a previous post, it's a long story, I can tell you if you need to hear it. But the next person I'm going to tell should be ready to bring suit against the bastards for a couple months salary so I don't have to be doing this job search during the holiday season AND so I don't have to take the first job that comes along due to no paycheck coming in.

And this was supposed to be such a great gig. Personal and professional growth, yada yada yada. I guess I did learn a few things, which is good. Now let's see what we can squeeze outta the fuckers who misled me and have turned a life on which I've always prided myself for it's stability into somewhat of a mess.
