I have my first chance to do concert photograpghy this week, my friends band said theyd be cool with it but part of me is trying to talk myself out of it. I dont know why becasue i want this so much. I dont know if its casue im worried il be rubbish, and i dont know what im doing, if im worried what people will think if im taking pictures of a band. il prob find a way of not going which is so stupid becasue i want this as my carrer

If people are reading that can, i need some help!
I have the Canon EOS 400D


I have these lenses;
EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 II
EF 55-200mm f/4.5-5.6 II USM
EF 50mm f/1.8 II

The first two came with the camera and was told there not very good, the brought the third one has was told that was better for leting light into the lens. I have no idea if this is correct or good enough.

basically i dont get what settings are good for concert photograpghy, the band said they dont mind me using the flash if i have to. I will prob suck at this but i got to at least try, i cant let myself find reason not to do it incase of me being crap or what people think.

Are there any rules or things you must do? Man i sound so dumb
