So after last weeks trip to Comeblowus Ohio in my Dad'sHonda it's back to Normal How many stores have signs like this anymore




I have to get on

to go to work and I'm bag to eating PB&J but sometimes I eat too much so...

or having a huge bacon cheeseburger at Old Chicago
then I usually ride my home
in the summer I have a

to keep myself hydrated I used to drink

but it has too much sugar and is goes flat and gets warm on the ride
now of course when I get home I take a shower


and was my clothes


and then go online

and go to bed.

Now when I wake up I have my Instant Coffee and some

as soon as the new Embassy Suites is completed I can stop in there on my way home unless I take the bus which zips through the Strip mall shoppingcomplex which is off the bike trail and out of my way but I could also stop atpanera bread for a snack I do have one of those rechargeable cards or I could stay on and have a bite at the down on the farm place. Oh well I'm off to read some stuff online.
