Out of curiosity, what is your current major?

One thing I think might help is if you send your professor an email explaining something about why you didn't do so great, then ask if she could spend some time during office hours to help you out with whatever or just to catch you up. From my experience, most professors actually kind of like when you do this and are usually more than willing to help out. It also gets you on their good side, which is never a bad idea.
