so in case anyone missed the announcement yesterday, i am ridiculously happy right now. after almost a year of trying to find a reputable shop to take me in as a piercing apprentice, i finally got past an immediate no! i actually got a maybe, which is hugely awesome to me considering that this is my dream career and i've already gotten better than a "no" at such a young age. even if i do get it and it only ends up being a temporary postition, i'd be more than satisfied just getting my foot in the door at this point, since it's such a hard industry to get into.

oh, and also i'm joining a recrational roller derby league. if any of you in the area feel like joining with me, let me know and i'll give you all the details as soon as i have them. i'm super psyched on both fronts, since both are things i've been wanting to do for a while but have just been having trouble getting into.

oh, and check out my last blog. i have some tshirt purses for sale. and i still have plenty of jewelry laying around, if you're interested please don't hesitate to let me know. i'd be happy to show you some pics of my work. i'd really like to get myself a decent pair of skates for derby so i don't have to rent them every week! thanks guys!
