i've been doing some talking to people outside of sg, and i don't think that it's causing my problems so much as i did before. i'm not denying it's enhancing them a bit or whatever, but it's not the root cause. so i'm working on dealing with that root cause before i do anything else, and just trying to go about my life as normal in the meantime. that being said, i'm still debating staying once my subscription's up, just because i'm not sure i can really afford to (yes i really am that broke that i can't afford $4/ month. if you've been following my blogs for a while now, you'll remember i've had my wallet stolen and my debit card stolen a second time in the past year. so money is really an issue for me right now.). i hate asking for loans from people when i don't know if i can pay them off. i don't know, i'll probably still stay. i'm going to try to reapply before my subscription's up, but there's no guarantees on that since i want to take better pics right now and i don't have a (working) camera.
i'm officially on the schedule to start working tomorrow, yay! (i had orientation about a week and a half ago, but i don't actually start training until next week. it's kinda weird.) i find out either today or tomorrow what day i start on. i may be begging people i know for rides again, i may have to take the bus, who knows. i'm just happy to be getting an income again.
i've been working on lots of projects lately. i spoilered it bc i'm sure some of the guys who follow my blogs probably couldn't care less about crafty things.

1) i've been knitting lately. it's really relaxing and i love it. i'm going to try and get more yarn so i can make some scarves to sell. i made one for myself in about 3 or 4 days that i love. i want to make it longer though, i feel like it's too short. i'll post some pics when i get around to finishing it.
2) i've been making more tshirt purses like the one i made for myself, i have one just about finished and another in the works right now. these ones are both made with tie-dyed tshirts, so they're pretty rad. i LOVE how the first one came out. it's a little small, and since it's only my second attempt some of the stitching is a little uneven, but it's on the inside so it's not even noticeable unless you're really searching for it. i think i did a pretty good job. i'm going to put up pics of them as soon as i get more than one finished. i'll also be taking orders. i have a few other tshirts that i'm going to use, i'll put pics of the designs up and you can let me know if you want any. also, if you like my designs but you have a shirt you want me to use instead, you can ship it to me and i'll make it into a beautiful new purse or tote bag for you. the only thing is is that if the logo is larger than my pattern, you have to be ok with me cutting into it a bit. the pattern i have right now is square and is just shy of 11 1/2", so keep that in mind. i'll keep you guys posted on this. i don't want to brag or anything, but i actually think these are my most creative idea yet and are by far some of my best work. i'll let you guys be the judges once i post some pics, but i'm really really proud of them.
3)i deactivated all my liistings on etsy. it was becoming more trouble than it was worth.

oh, and i almost forgot. my birthday is in 11 days. i'm going to put a wishlist up just in case anyone's feeling generous 
i'll love you all just the same even if you don't get me anything, but i figure it can't hurt to ask. i don't really want much this year. just some sg dvds, a pair of creepers, a ticket to warped tour, and a koffin kats tshirt. i already have the creepers covered too, so it's a pretty short list right now. the wishlist will probably be mostly small things that i need but can't afford myself.
ps., if anyone's interested in my tshirt purses, i'm planning on posting lots of pics of what i have so far some time tomorrow, so keep your eyes open for that. i'm having lots of fun making them, but i'd really love to start selling them off sometime soon.
i have one tie-dyed one completely finished (unless you want pockets. i put those in last since i custom fit them for cell phones, ipods, keys, etc.), a second tie dyed one that just needs a strap, and i'm working on a couple prototypes of a slightly different size and shape for some friends, i'll try to get those a little more finished so i can post some pics with the rest. i really need money bc i really really really want to go to warped tour this year! the casualties and anti-flag and tons of other awesome punk bands are on the ballot this year and i'm determined to get justin sane to sign my tits!
