yes! the cute girl upstairs is back. that means:
1) i no longer have to give pills to her cat every day, and
2) she can start 'paying' me for the past week of cat-sitting.
regular readers may remember that she is 'paying' me with sex!
it's good to have a fuckbuddy, but i'm still bummed/pissed/disappointed that the woman i really like still hasn't called me back. she disappears every time we start to get really close to each other, even though she's the one who initiates the closeness... she's been running hot and cold like that for almost a year, now... regular readers are probably sick of hearing me whine about this woman. i was so happy to have found an intelligent and creative and independant woman, who seemed to be into me. why are they so hard to find? maybe i'm just not intelligent or creative enough to find them.

a friend of mine was lamenting the same thing re: women. he says he keeps going on dates with women who are too "nice" and conventional for him..."a slippery slope into a minivan," he put it. i think there are lots of creative, intelligent, independent women around. maybe one will find you when you least expect it.
