coffee, washing soda and vitamin c, that's what i am using to develop in, its just for b&w negatives thou but it works well, you just need a developing tank a dark room(to load the negative into the tank) and 20min of your time.

its fairly easy once you get the hand of it, worst thing is fumbling around in the dark loading the film in the tank as you have to kinda go by feel.
