Just started my new work out, got a weighted vest, ankle weights, & weighted gloves. Total extra weight is 23.5 pounds, but the ankle weights tore up my ankles today. I have bloody socks! 
Haha Ran three miles in 30 minutes, so hopefully by Friday I can get it down to 24 minutes.
