EGO v.s. CONFIDENCE

so often confused.........

what the hell is the difference anyway.

i consider myself very confident..

never shy..
i know im not horrible looking.
but even moreso i dont care if people think i am..
i have a good job
i make good money
drive a decent car..
im happy..
i walk with my head up...

ive been told several times.. especially of late... that i have an ego..

i dont get it

i know im a scrawny guy
im not rich
im not great lookin
etc etc.............

so what is the difference between ego and confident...

i rally do want some feedback here because im all about working on my flaws..
however i have put allot of time into raising my confidence because i consider that a good trait..
but is it possible i made a wrong tuem somewhere and became and obnoxious egomaniac????





or are they all just jealous
