Heyas, people. First off, I'd like to say thank you for the birthday wishes and for the pressies. The day itself was pretty quiet, I just stayed in with Emma for the weekend and watched TV in bed. Sounds sad, but I'm pretty much happiest when I'm there. Oh, and Emma made me a birthday pavlova, which was incredibly sweet of her.

Apart from that, I went to see the Transformers movie on Wednesday and fuck's sake, it was worth the wait. If anyone hasn't seen it, I'd advise you to go and check it out, even if you weren't a fan of the original series. Now, here's hoping that Die Hard 4 doesn't disappoint either.

Only negative thing is that there's a postal strike going on over here, and I'm waiting on registration documents arriving from uni, but I guess they can wait. However, the Boris split which I ordered can't wait, dammit! Yeah, I'm sad, I know it.

Also, here's some music, as I am addicted to this CD. It's a live recording of an old SF math/post-rock band, Physics. It was one of the few things they recorded and if you like it you can pick it up from Neurot Recordings but I think they only have a few copies left.
