So I'm on dinner break from are little production today. Things are moving along at a descent clip, and we should wrap today. But we have a 1:8 shooting ratio. That is a lot of crap. Plus I hate it when people say, "Oh, we'll fix it in post." You can edit together takes and make all kinds of sound bridges, but you should not expect someone to spend hours glued to a computer to fix your lazy fuck up in production.
Orali and I didn't make it to the Burlesque show last night. There was a snow storm and the roads were to nasty. It would have doubled our driving time and the Cactus Club wasn't selling tickets. So 3 hours to get to Milwaukee and not even get in, would have been horrible. We ended up going out to eat and then watching Dummy and Sleeper.
