i suppose this is the obligatory 'i miss home' update...but i really fucking did miss it.

friday night was spent having dinner with cass (thank you for that) and watching Faux Jean rock the Hub downtown. Ran into a couple of people from high school i actually WANTED to see (those crazy purcell girlies), drank a fair amount, and had a good time.

Tonight was spent drunk watching football (so far i am 8 for 8 in my picks for who is going to win each game, perhaps more evidence that it wasn't just luck that i won the fantasy football league this year) and sobering up with Cass while watching nearly 5 hours of south park and simpsons.

i have a fair amount of homework i need to do tomorrow and i get to aparently meet the roommate. As long as he hasn't defiled my space monkey things should be fine. i'm going to try my hardest not to lose it on him and blast the wrong music at the wrong times. maybe i'll convince him to abandon god and adopt my religious principles. i can be pretty presuasive when i'm drunk, so i'd say anything is possible.

I miss the people in grand forks. if i didn't see you this time around i'll try for next time. just remember i'm an hour and a half away and if you want someone to meet up with in Fargo i'm usually available.
