Haven't Blogged since September. Life has been busy I guess.
I have been stunned by how fucked up the world has become.
Not enough energy. Not enough food. Too many people. Too much religion.
Looks like the species is about to wreck its habitat. Given our current complete disrespect for science, I am not too surpised by this. Thee have been people pointing to the mass of humans on the planet for the last fifty years and saying, "WARNING!"
THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT!
However, we don't seem to care much and just go on breeding and eating.
Of course, that is what primates do.
Just finished reading Dubliners again. Joyce paints pictures that are still relevant. I am surrounded by people pursuing the same personal empty. Of course, that was his point. Our days consume us and we are not aware.
Ths has taken a morbid edge. I will leave on this thought. We can change.

They do indeed pay us for our extra time, but what they offer is hardly training. It's mostly various departments bitching about their problems. But whatever, I get an extra hour of pay and a free bagel, so I can't complain that much.
