The internet should be taken away from me. It has too much information on it about things I would feel so much better about if I didn't know about them.

This morning I had practically convinced myself that I had a blood clot in my leg frown. I'm a crazy SOB. I woke up this morning and was feeling great, after celebrating my birthday last night. Then on the car ride to work my left thigh started to hurt a bit. Like a strange pain that I've experienced a few times before. Last night I had it actually and doing a little physical labor made it go away, but this morning was different because I'm tied down at work. I can't just get up and start moving stuff around the office.

I started thiniking about crazy stuff and then the internet research followed. Soon after looking at a few sites about blood clots, I had all the symptoms of them. Like I actually felt them. I was so freaked out that I was about to tell my boss that I had to leave and go to the doctor. Well my real brain soon took over and I started researching more about my condition (known as anxiety).

I've already done so much in terms of researching anxiety, but you learn something new everyday. I already knew that anxiety could manifest physical feelings all over your body, but I had only experienced a few before hand. The leg thing was kind of new. Well soon enough I found a whole bunch of people with the same leg problems as myself. They all had been diagnosed with major anxiety problems.

So I'm not so worried about my leg anymore, but if it gets worse I'll see a doctor just in case.

Someone please take my internet away.

The brain is a powerful thing, it can give you all kinds of symptom that you do not really have.

I hope your leg is going to be ok. smile
