I spent yesterday afternoon in a second hand record store. 3 for a tenner! I love music shopping and went on a hunt for weird and interesting looking artwork by artists I'd never heard of.

Man I'm good at this. Every ones a diamond and they're all different as well. Some rock, some instrumental, some crossover electronic/metal, some pure electronoise.

Oh, I didn't strictly base all my purchases on artwork. One album was titled Mathematics and had no information anywhere on or in the case to give the game away. I like maths

Another was by Geordi La Force (sounds suspiciously like a certain engineer from a certain sci-fi series). I had to have that one too

I love the atmosphere in those little shops, they're always tucked away, hidden in a backstreet or down a dark alley.

Made all the more special by the inclusion of tracks from a Peel session with the man himself in/outtroducing them. It was good to hear his voice again. Feels like old times.
