i dont think most hair salons would be able to do it
because they probably wouldn't understand
if i did it i would go to this salon by my house
it's called The Electric Chair Salon
it's connected to a clothing store which also has a piercer
who works there full time
its really cool and i KNOW they'd be able to do it
i have 2 more days to decide if i want to do it
chances are i wuss out LOL
