BOY

I met a boy.. yeah yeah I know... I seem to always meet a new guy who seems awesome and something happens; like they get married or decide to get back with an ex.
But I think maybe this guy is different.
He broke up with his ex awhile ago and dislikes her a bit and doesn't have any intention to speak with her and not planning on getting married. So that's good for me. (And rare).
We went out to dinner (yummy fondue in Manitou). Then I was spposed to go watch roller derby (he coaches a team down here in the Springs) but that fell through. But he came over and watched a movie w/ me that night instead; and we hung out the next day too. HOORAY!!
So we shall see what develops (and Trevor; maybe we can all meet up this weekend since Sid is in town right? I think you will approve
).
Don't know where it's gonna go if anywhere; but for now I know I like hanging out with him, so it's a good start, yes?
WRESTLING

My knee is stupid and stubborn. It is also irritated and pissed and swollen. I have quite a serious case of Patella Tendonitis. (that thing that connects my kneecap to my leg.. that they took a piece of to re-do my ACL) So my patellar tendon is weak and over worked and angry and hard to wrestle on. My coach is suggesting that I take this next 6 weeks of practice and competition to decide if I really want to continue wrestling.
Hmm.. let me re-phrase..
I obviously want to keep wrestling; he is wondering if the price is too high (meaning pain and money wise) for what I am getting out of it... and he is thinking that if I am not able to quickly come into this season successfully then I need to retire.
I am unhappy with this. I understand it; but I am unhappy with it. I don't however enjoy being in pain all the time. Which I am right now. Ice seems to help.. but I have to ice every hour which is unfortunate because it is a bit time consuming to do this. Alieve; doesn't help.. well pain wise; I think it helps with the swelling.. so I am taking a ton of Alieve.
So the next 5 1/2 weeks is gonna be busy. I have a competition next weekend. 2 weeks later is Senior Nationals and two weeks after that is University Nationals.
And if the previously mentioned boy can handle the next 5 1/2 weeks of turmoil that will say a lot.
Gonna toss some laundry in and go lay down; sore and tired; and another busy day tomorrow.

According to the list, everything I mentioned is safe as long as nothing has been contaminated, you know, no meth in your omega-3's. though oddly enough it's in vicks inhaler, i wouldn't think they'd sell that with Meth in it.
