If you do not already have one hanging around, go pick up a college catalog and take it home. When you are trying to get to sleep but can't quite do so, break out the catalog and start reading from the first page. It is guaranteed that you will be asleep in less that five minutes.
We got that advice from the head of the Adult Learning Program at the college where my man goes. She swears by it.
