I'm sad. I just got back from dropping off my mom at the airport. I mean, she drives me a bit batty but I just wish she lived closer. We had a great visit. I'm not sure that we got much done but I did have a great time hanging out with her. We've got the living room/dining room done now. I just have to make the shades for those rooms and then I have the material for more curtains. I'm excited about the bathroom curtains that I'm going to make. I came up with, what I think, is a cool idea and, if they turn out okay, then I'll post pix of them. If they don't, well, you'll never know lol. She thinks she didn't help me but she really did because it was good for me to have her around.
The kids have a 4 day weekend starting tomorrow. I'm taking them to get their eyes checked. It's been well over a year so it's more than time to have them get checked. I should probably get mine done too but I won't. I don't wear my glasses much as it is anyway so why on earth would I worry about it now?
I just have to take this time to say what the hell took Timmy so long at the damn "hot chick store" this morning? I kept trying to log in and it kept saying "Sorry, we just ran out of hot chicks. We sent Timmy to the store for more" or whatever the hell it says. I tried all morning. Damn Timmy, hurry up! Oh well, I'm here now and it's all good. I'll talk to you all later. Have a great day!
