YAY! We got the movers lined up for Saturday. The house records tomorrow morning and we can pick up our keys in the office right after that! OMG I'm so f*ing excited! At the walk through today they ended up throwing us in a keyless entry pad for the garage door. Damn, I'm going to keep going out there until they just give us the whole damn house right? The new ceiling fans are in and they are perfect! And while we were there, one of the builders bought the kids ice cream from the ice cream truck and as my son is walking around enjoying his, he walks through wet f*ing cement! Yeah, he tore it up pretty good but, luckily, the guy that poured it was still there and he just smoothed it out. I'm so excited but that means I have to get packing the things that we unpacked. Thankfully it wasn't much that actually got unpacked. Whew!
So then, I had an appointment at 7 tonight and when I get home the rest of the family is watching old Pink Panther cartoons on TV. So we sat here and watched a bunch of them. *actually, I still have them on lol. Anyway, I went to pick something up off the floor and got a shooting pain in my back from right above the right side of my ass and down through my whole leg. I don't know what the hell happened but I ended up on the floor. I took a Lortab and a muscle relaxer and, may I just say, I'm LOVING the little combo a bunch right now because now I'm able to stand up right instead of bent over like the Hunchback of Notre Dame. It's still "achy" underneath but not incapacitating anymore. I have no idea WTF happened. feerlessfreddy says I just don't want to pack lol. He's right, I don't but I'd much rather pack for a month than to live with this for an hour! It hurt dammit! I'll stop whining. I know there are people who have it MUCH worse than me and for a LOT longer than me! (Scott ) I'm just updating right now til the very last of this pain pill kicks in and then, I'm going to slide into bed and slip off into a (hopefully) dreamy slumber.
Speaking of dreams, I've been having really good dreams lately but I only remember them for a few minutes then they're gone. I tried keeping a dream journal but I just don't have the wherewithall to keep up with it. Especially that early in the morning. So, I'm left trying to remember them so I can tell someone and only have bits and pieces of them. Eh, they must not be as good as I think they are but lately they've been REALLY GOOD. I just wish the coffee would kick in quicker and I might actually have use of enough of my brain to write them down. I'm just left with the feeling of "Damn that was a good dream" and no real recollection. Anyway, I'm feeling like I might be rambling and I have no earthly idea if I am or not because my fingers seem to have a mind of their own right now so I'm going to sign off and leave you with a (((((hug))))) and a and well wishes for a great rest of the week!
