I am so damn tired. Why can't I sleep? It's so past my bedtime and I'm still sitting here reading threads and playing games. Good Lord, just step away from the computer!

If you do not already have one hanging around, go pick up a college catalog and take it home. When you are trying to get to sleep but can't quite do so, break out the catalog and start reading from the first page. It is guaranteed that you will be asleep in less that five minutes.

We got that advice from the head of the Adult Learning Program at the college where my man goes. She swears by it.

If that doesn't work, come here. I have trouble sleeping sometimes too. At least we can keep each other entertained while trying to get to sleep.. wink
