cunning observation of the day: if you work graveyard shift in a job that its important to know the date: you always know what the date is but NEVER what the day of the week is. at the moment its the 19th, and when i go to work it'll be the 20th, but i'll be damned if i know what day of the week the 20th is. this is extremely un-useful in determining how soon the weekend is coming up. also, you rarely get to see sunlight. maybe i'm a vampire
