Once again the week is almost half over.It has seemed to go by quite fast this week.Today I got off of a 24 hour shift which took up the better part of two days.It was pretty cool because I spent time with one of the cooler sergeants we have.He spent the night telling stories of his past like when he was stationed in Germany and went to an Oktoberfest and some how ended up in France on a train still drunk with no money.Sounds like the good old days.Now adays our government is worried about all the terrorist stuff and deploying people to so called threats to the democratic world. Yeah it is a pretty bitter subject. Right now we don't if we will end up back in Iraq or if they will let us get out . I guess all we can do is hope and pray for the best.Anyway it was somewhat enjoyable to hear the stories of someone experienced a different era.I was interested until about four in the morning when I felt like the sleep monster was going to kill me.It's so strange that when the sun isn't you have such a hrd time staying awake but as soon as it comes up you are reenergized. Back to regular work tomorrow.Nothing to exciting happeneing this week.I somehow managed to erase about 27 gigs of music off of my ipod which I never saved on my computer.Yeah so I have been ripping CD's for what seems like weeks. It is pretty boring but it allows me to catch up on e-mails and journal entrys.Well I guess thats it for now.Don't really have any real issues or cool staories to talk about.
