Who knows about land contracts and A-hole in laws?

Helping an 8 year old read a book about Mater and a monster, while playing kunkfoo with a 9&11/12 year old....priceless. Getting them to do dishes and pick up after themselves(aka be responsible) so their mom has time to cruise facebook, watch news, snuggle pups, and relax a little bit...priceless. Perks of being a man.
