*FINALLY* carved out a moment to go to sonic boom (seattle record shop) today at lunch. sadly, it was a short visit and the new vinyl shop was closed, but i got some stuff i'm already really enjoying it. currently: RJD2 | since we last spoke. i was a bit bummed out, tho, they didn't have annie or the go! team, which i was excited to listen to. gaah.

i have it on cd, and it's fine. but i have a feeling it would sound better on vinyl. the production of it, reminds me a bit of those old santana records, which have the deep drums and warm guitars, so i think you may get more of the live feel if you pick up the wax, but i can't say for sure.
