You know what I am sick of? People harassing me to be open and honest about my feelings. Then when I am, they tell me to quit feeling sorry for myself.
Just because I am expressing emotional pain doesnt meen I am feeling sorry for myself. And it doesnt inspire me to want to open up to them again either.
Now if a week later I am not talking about anything but how much pain I am in emotionally, then you can tell me to quit feeling sorry for myself. Because at that point I am full of shit and need to have it kicked out of me.
