Ok so a 9 year old girl stabs an 11 year old girl over a pink rubber ball and the article says this about it:
"girls came to blows over a pink rubber ball, was a sad reminder that children can possess the same brutal instincts as adults"
Since when is it primate instinct to stab somone over a pink rubber ball?
After the article makes this claim, it goes on to blame culture for the rise in female violence...then to claim that culture is not entirely to blame, but the individual and the individuals situation. I wish they would make up their minds.

They'll never make up their minds on stuff like this. Part of me likes that the dialog keeps moving and new perspectives are looked at, but so much of it is politically or otherwise motivated and I become inclined to ignore the lot!
