Okies...I got this weight loss program thing in the mail. No it wasn;t unsolicited. I paid for it. I need to do SOMETHING! anything is better then being sick all the time and feeling unattractive.
God, I look at all the girls on here and I say How do they do it?! You all look wonderful but it must take alot of work to look that fine!!
I've been told that in order to lose weight you have to want it very badly. Well I do. I finally want to lose weight for me, so I can run down the street...walk up stairs and not get winded. To prove the doctor,who told me last november that I needed bypass surgery or I'd die by the time im 40, wrong.
My heart is so full right now...So much love for everything and everyone. I wish I could bottle it and let you all feel it. I wish I could give everyone a big group hug. We all need that!
I'm not going to over do it with the postings about the weight loss. I am not going to bore you to tears but I will post now and again, a little heads up. No one will prolly be interested but it's my journal dammit and I can post what I want!!! Muahahahahahahahaha

Good luck, wanting it for yourself is the most important thing. Most people want it to change for somebody, and it never last. Your mind is set in the right direction so you should do well.
