To make things easier on all.

I get those, and got one yesterday that for the most part just ruined me.
I tend to get them in cycles over a year... with the occasional one from time to time.
My last cycle lasted a little more than 2 months in which I got at least one every day.
Its no joke. I can tell you that much. The pain felt is worse than any Ive ever in my life experienced.
Either way. Everyone enjoy your 4th of July if you celebrate it, and take it easy.
