Today was GREAT! ...Eh, Well... First off last night i stayed up till midnight packing to go back to Wisconsin for awhile to get my head on strait. (Call it cold feet. A mid-life crisis. whatever you will. its all the same, fear of the unknown... OR fear of the TOTAL known and carefully planned future.) ANYhow, like i said i was up till midnight packing and such when my son awoke from the 'bustle and would NOT return to his slumber for ANYthing!! (Crazy how young`in`s pick up on shit like stress) Right then I decided "why the EFF not leave right now?!" So i finished up what i could; While i could, and got the hell outa dodge! (or town- whatever floats boats, ya know?!) 
We left at 3 o clock in the AM and drove ALL DAMN DAY... Quintyn was Awesome on the drive and amazingly slept a whole 10 of the 16 hour trip. (not in a row of course) ANNNND this is where i get pissy, so i`ll keep it to a min'... i got to Chicago and was doing great, heading strait tward Milwaukee happy to be SO close to home, when, 'ring-ring' .mom called. she convinced me to take a 'short-cut' and basically added two extra hours to my already long and stressful day... 
yeah, eek!... WTF ma?! O well, we got here safe n sound and i am now fully able to put off my plans of forenamed head straitening till it knocks on the door.
