I hear ya about the poisons. I've all but quit drinking for that very reason. Overdid it while in a very bad mood, had a hangover for most of the next two days, decided I needed to just stop till I was in a better mood. I've actually been pretty good about it, even on vacation when the booze was free and plentiful! It helped that they were also passing around guava juice like mad.
